Oven roasted cherry tomatoes

A few weeks ago we made homemade pizzas from scratch. I normally whizz up a quick tomato sauce by frying some onions, chilli, herbs and tinned tomatoes. This time though, we decided to try a Richard Bertinet recipe which involved oven roasting cherry tomatoes for 2 hours until pretty much dried out. You literally then blitz these in a blender and hey presto!
