A wonderful weekend in April

It was the perfect weather to spend a lazy weekend in Bath. We didn’t do much this weekend except bask in the sun and eat a lot of fish – 7 types in total. On Friday night we had Jamie’s ‘Chargrilled tuna with dressed beans and loadsa herbs’ – absolutely delicous and highly recommended.  On Saturday night we pulled together ingredients to make our own fish sharing platter. We had 2 types of smoked mackerel, smoked salmon, trout, mackerel pate, pan fried cod, crispy filo prawns and griddled squid. Accompanied by chilled wine and the masters, it was a very relaxing end to a very relaxing day.
