Last night we went to The White Hart in Widcombe for the first time. Who knows why it’s taken us so long to visit because the food was delicious! I had the special of grilled mackerel to start and Jon had grilled squid. We then both had grilled hake with samphire in a mussel and prawn sauce. The flickering candles and the chalkboard reserved signs dotted on every table made for a wonderful and bustling atmosphere. We’ll be back very,very soon.
