I’d like to take all the credit for ‘discovering’ this great little gin bar, but truth be told I was a little sceptical when a friend recommended we head in for a drink. Oh how wrong I was! It never fails to amaze me, in a city overspilling with eateries, bars and coffee shops, how a newcomer can burst onto the scene and leave you thirsty for more. Mark my words, The Canary Gin and Wine Bar, brimming with its 30 choices of gin, is a must visit venue.
